BIO COM launched on the market a new pass-box using VHP (hydrogen peroxide vapour) sterilization technology.
This innovative solution had great success at Pharmintech 2004, the new exhibition for the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical industry

The new unit is designed and realized by BIO COM according to market need to sterilize and pass through materials, from a not classified area to a class A/B sterile zone (EU GMP).

The milestones of this new technology are the following:

• Simple use and maintenance
• Reduced sterilization time: starting from 30 minutes according to the sterilization load
• Reduced dimensions, thanks to sliding up and down doors
• Interlocked doors complete of safety self-locking photocell
• PLC controlling all the process phases in total safety conditions for the operator, the product and the environment
