Our ALLY VHP pass box is supplied with two chambers:

1. sterilization chamber : it has a double entrance (from sterile and non sterile side) through two interlocked doors. Material surfaces placed into this chamber will be subjected to sterilization cycle (< 30 minutes). The VHP gas (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) is produced by a remote or "on board" device and spread inside the chamber by dedicated diffusers.

2. technical space: it is isolated from the sterilization chamber and is divided into two parts placed over and below the sterilization chamber. All the components necessary for the proper running of the unit are located in the technical area: air delivery, aeration and exhaust fans, valves, compressed air connection, and VHP on board generator, if required. The pass box is designed to have a sterilization cycle that takes less than 30 minutes.

Ideally, we can divide the cycle into 3 phases:

•  Dehumidification : some dry and heated air is delivered to the main chamber

•  Sterilization : introducing vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) to achieve a 6 log viable particles reduction

•  Aeration : a forced single pass air circulation driver by two fans scrubs the remaining VHP concentration into the chamber as well as in the HEPA filters

The unit is equipped with two interlocked doors (on the sterile and non sterile side) that automatically slide up at the end of the sterilization cycle. They are also equipped with a stopping doors photocell control system sliding up and down, when the operator, unintentionally, puts its hands during doors running.

Pressure regulation inside the chamber is made by a pressure loop (transmitter - regulator - inverter).

HEPA filters clogging check is displayed by some differential manometers placed on the front panel.

The exhaust fans keep the technical chamber under negative pressure, this system also represents a safety device in case of any hydrogen peroxide leak.

Transfer chamber is made of AISI 316 L stainless steel, continuous welding joints for perfect air tightness, Scotch Brite finishing, internal smooth surface (Ra < 0.8).

The operator has only to load the items to be sterilized into the hatch, and start the cycle. All the phases will be controlled by a PLC that assures the highest safety conditions for the operator, the product and the environment. The removable panels placed on the technical chamber allow an easy maintenance of the components.

Use and maintenance are very easy. The ALLY VHP allows our customers to sterilize the external surfaces of any item to be introduced in sterile areas simply and quickly, with a completely validable process.
